Since 1983, we have built hundreds of luxury homes in the Fox Valley area — each one bearing our signature of quality and fine workmanship. Our mission has always been to design and build the highest quality home while providing outstanding customer service throughout the building process. 

Design Build

The Design/Build Process was pioneered in the Fox Valley area by Havlicek Builders. We wanted to create a better way to build truly custom homes. In collaboration with our architect we guide you through the design process, as a home can only be as good as the process that created it. We're convinced that you'll see the difference.

As our customer you will be free to immerse yourself in design ideas and selections rather than in coordinating an architect with a builder or trying to penetrate the layers of contractors between you and your home. With Havlicek Builders you deal with one company for everything, even interior and landscape design, and pool installation if desired. Obviously this saves you valuable time and money. It also makes the process enjoyable and creative.

Integrity

We use only proven products and materials and never compromise on quality. Period. Our high standards are important to you because the comfort of your new home will be greatly enhanced by using only the finest materials available. Names you trust — like Pella and Carrier — go into a Havlicek home. We even have our own cabinetry design business, Geneva Cabinet Gallery, to give you an exact fit for your requirements.

Over the years it has become quite clear to us, that while we are proud of the homes we've built, it is the relationships that matter the most.  Every day we are humbled by the clients who choose us to build their homes and we appreciate the opportunity to be part of this special time in their lives.    

Community

Our founder and president, George Havlicek, oversees all projects. He is the past president of the Greater Fox Valley Home Builders’ Association and has a strong commitment to the community.  George currently sits on the board for the Geneva Chamber of Commerce and is an active participant in local events and fundraisers.
